Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations for the assigned shift.
• Act as the first contact person for operators in case of problems to support the team.
• Coordinate, and prioritize the activities of the operators in line with the production planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, health and environmental policies.
• Timely register production data (materials used, order progress…) in the ERP system.
• Exchange necessary shift handover information.
• Propose improvements to increase efficiency in the production line.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in a similar function preferably in food production
• Good people management skills
• Good understanding of food safety requirements in a production environment
• Hands-on mentality
• Speak Dutch and English
• Being able to work in a 5 shift system (2 mornings, 2 afternoon, 2 nights, 4 days off)
