Description

1. Supporting a Positive Employee Journey:
• Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition plans for F-SSC Eindhoven in collaboration with the HR Head and HR OpEx Manager.
• Ensure the development and monitoring of talent acquisition metrics.
• Coordinate the end-to-end talent acquisition process, keeping all involved parties informed.
2. Coordinating Talent Acquisition Process:
• Collaborate with other recruiters and external agencies.
• Plan and execute attraction activities to enhance the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and assist hiring managers in the selection process.
• Work closely with HR Admin to prepare job offers and new employment contracts.
• Monitor recruitment costs per candidate on behalf of the HR Head.
3. Ensuring Effective Onboarding:
• Ensure the timely and proper onboarding of new employees.
4. Talent Management and Employee Wellbeing:
• Co-develop and implement the F-SSC Talent Management plan.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement.
• Contribute to the development of employee wellbeing initiatives.

5. Provision of Daily Support and Guidance:

• Offer day-to-day support and advice to leaders, teams, and individual employees concerning their development needs.
• Ensure timely and proper employee offboarding processes.
